524 Scrambled States of America (part 1) Sunni found a book for Noah at the library called The Scrambled States of America.  It's a funny little book in which the states decide to switch places  so they can have a change of scenery.  Noah really likes this book.  The book itself is lying on the table here, open to the place where they have changed. Noah has taken his United States map puzzle and arranged it to look like the book.  More detail in the next picture. 3-19-06
