407 On the elliptical Noah has taken quite a liking to Sunni's elliptical bike, which he is tall enough to be fully capable of riding (the blurriness in this picture is motion blur); as many as ten times a day, he'll say to us, "I ride my bike" and then go do that for a minute or two; we think this (along with cutting back the milk) is one of the two contributing factors to his slimming down in the last couple of months 11-12-04
